Notification of UK Imp Club Events

Calling All UK Event Organisers

Important!

If you are planning to organise a UK based Imp Club Event then this post will be of interest to you!

As a member of the ARCC the Imp Club is covered by group insurance for public liability, products liability and slander and professional indemnity. In order for any UK based Imp Club event (indoor or outdoor) to be covered under this policy our Events Secretary MUST be informed of the event. Failure to notify the Events Secretary may mean that insurance cover will NOT be in place for the event.

NB This insurance is limited to current members of the Imp Club, other ARCC Clubs and their cars.

When organising an event it is also important to let the Editor of Impressions know, this will ensure that your event is included in the ‘showandgo’ section of our magazine.

Additionally by letting this Website know of your event it will be advertised in our Events Calendar  (NB No personal details will be published here as this events calendar is available to non-members)
