11. Return Refund and Cancellation Policy
If you wish to return any item purchased from the Imp Club Ltd please contact the officer from whom you made your purchase. Faulty goods will be replaced. If you wish to return any item purchased from The Imp Club Limited please contact the officer from whom you made your purchase. Faulty goods will be replaced. At The Imp Club Limited‘s discretion unwanted goods may be refunded or a credit note supplied provided that the goods are returned in original condition.
12. Delivery Policy
Our officers are all volunteers with other commitments. They will send out parcels within a reasonable time and at minimum cost for delivery charges unless other arrangements have been made.
13. Changes to the Terms
The Imp Club Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion and without any notice. Changes to our Terms become effective on the date they are posted and your continued use of theimpclub.co.uk after any changes to Terms will signify your agreement to be bound by them.
