Tilford Classic Car Show
Reeds Road, Tilford
Farnham, Surrey
GU10 2DL

We have a club stand with 15 car passes available.

The usual arrangements are that we all turn up by about 9:30am and cluster in the area designated for our Club. Entry for the cars on display is free, with the permit available from Tim Sears.

The Imp exhibition car, driver and one passenger have free entry to roam around the Rural Life Centre, explore the old exhibits and look at the other club’s vehicles. There is a café for the basic hot and cold food.

Once the event is open to the general public it is not practical to move cars once they have set out on display. Exit from the event is typically after 3:30pm. See below for more details.

Please let Tim Sears know if you wanting to attend and he will email you the permit to display in your windscreen.

More details about attendance:

Arrival Time:
Between 8am and 9:45am
Please note: Vehicles arriving after 9:45am may not be permitted entry.

Enter through the black double gates and drive up the main driveway. A steward will greet you at the entrance—please let them know your zone number and ensure your zone ticket is clearly displayed in your windscreen.

Stewards will direct you to your designated parking zone and help you park.
Please follow steward instructions and be respectful—they are volunteers working hard to make this event a success.

Zone Changes: Zones are pre-assigned to specific cars and cannot be changed.

Groups/Clubs: If you’re part of a group and haven’t already informed us, please do so as soon as possible so we can ensure you’re parked together.

During the Event

  • The museum opens to the public at 10:00am.
  • No vehicle movement is allowed once the gates open to the public.
  • The Market Garden Café will be open from 8am to 4:00pm, serving hot and cold food. Additional food stands will also be available.

Departure & Parade

At 3:30pm, we will begin parading vehicles out of the museum via the main driveway—the same route as arrival. This will be done in zones so please wait until your zone has been called.

The public will still be onsite, so:

  • Drive at a maximum of 5mph
  • Be alert for children and pedestrians
  • Only leave once your zone is called
  • Listen to stewards instructions.

Early departure is not allowed. The gates will remain closed until 3:30pm. If you attempt to leave early, you will be asked to return to your zone and wait. No one is allowed to leave early.

Health & Safety

In Case of Fire:

  • Fire call points and extinguishers are located throughout the site.
  • If evacuation is required, leave your vehicle where it is and follow staff and volunteer instructions.
  • The evacuation point is at the bottom of the car park near the black entrance gates.
  • Do not attempt to drive off-site. Emergency services need Reeds Road clear for access.

First Aid:

  • First aid kits are available in the Frensham Building and at Reception.
  • A defibrillator is mounted on the café wall next to the red telephone box.
  • For assistance, contact a staff member, volunteer, or go to Reception.
  • As with fire procedures, no vehicles can leave the site during a medical emergency to allow ambulance access.

If you have any questions before the event, feel free to get in touch. We look forward to seeing you there and thank you for being part of this special day.
