You should receive your unique voting link and instructions via email by 5th September 2024
Please keep an eye on your email in-box for its arrival
The Email will contain all the details you need and a short video with a demonstration of the online voting system and actual forms.
Should you NOT receive your link by the 5th September please email [email protected] and she will arrange for one to be sent to you.
Please do not share your link with anyone outside your household, Associate members within your household can re-use the same link, please use the same membership number and post code but enter the name of the Associate. Multiple submissions will be flagged for checking.
Members who do not have an email address registered with the Club have had an AGM pack posted out to them which they should have received by 7th September at the latest. This contains a paper form to complete and return to the Club Secretary in time for the AGM.
Completed online voting forms need to be received by 12th September
Paper voting forms can be accepted up until the 13th September
Voting on the day
We have given everyone the opportunity to vote prior to the AGM online or by paper submission prior to the AGM
This should make the AGM run very smoothly. However as normal if members wish to vote in person at the AGM this will be required to be done via paper form and not the traditional show of hands so we can record the members information with the votes and retained in case of any audits.
